Accessibility statement
How we make this website usable for everyone, including people who are blind or have low vision.
XcessPak supplies assistive technology, so we hold our own website to a high standard. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What you can do on this website
- Use every page and form with a keyboard alone. A “Skip to content” link is the first item on each page.
- Use a screen reader such as JAWS, NVDA or VoiceOver. Pages use proper headings, labels and landmarks.
- Make text larger with the A, A+ and A++ buttons at the top of each page, or zoom up to 400% without losing content.
- Read in light or dark mode. The site follows your device setting.
- Check a warranty, request a repair or ask for a quotation without a time limit or a puzzle to solve.
How we test
We check pages with automated tools and by hand with a keyboard and screen readers, including people who use them every day.
Known limitations
- The Google map on the contact page comes from Google and may be hard to use with a screen reader. The address and a directions link are given in text beside it.
- Some certificate scans are images of paper documents. Ask us and we’ll send the details in an accessible format.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this website is hard to use, please contact us or call us. We aim to reply within two working days and fix the problem as soon as we can.
